Coaches Note:

For a lot of us, it’s easy to pick on ourselves every day, tell ourselves we aren’t good enough, or that we should be faster, stronger, thinner, more muscular, better at this or able to do that.  All I can assure you is that EVERY SINGLE ATHLETE who walks through those gym doors everyday has struggled (or is struggling) with the same self doubt.  Don’t let it defeat you, don’t let that little negative voice in your own head stop progress as you work towards your goals.  Next time you feel that way, just look around at everyone else there suffering with you and know that we’ve all been through it before, physically and emotionally.
