Skill:
Hand-Stand Push Up
Beginner – 3 x 5
Experienced – 3×10

Conditioning:
15 Wall Balls
1 Sit-Up
14 Wall Balls
2 Sit-Ups
13 Wall Balls
3 Sit-Ups
….and so on until
1 Wall Ball
15 Sit-Ups

Coaches Note:

Wall balls are awesome if you’re a dad who likes to throw their kids up in the air and catch them while they laugh and giggle, you can throw kids REALLY high with strength we’re developing here.  My plan is to get so awesome at wall balls that when my son is 30, I am still throwing him up into the air and catching him (although he may not be laughing and giggling then).
