Fight Gone Bad: 1 minute stations of 5 exercises, rest one minute then repeat 2 more times for a total of 15 minutes of work and 2 minutes of rest.  Add total number of reps.  Squat, situps, burpees, box jumps and running with 20 lb ball.

Another incredible day at Pearland Crossfit. Our first week was soooo much more than we ever expected.

Lindsey and Katherine finally had their first workout together after being open for 5 days. Mel and Susie were back again from P3. And a big thanks to James for saving the day.

Don’t forget about our Saturday 8:30 am workout and 9:30 skills class. We will be training in the front parking lot so everyone who drives by will start wondering what Crossfit is all about. Just come in for one workout or just watch and you will never look back.

P3 members came by for a visit and the Pearland Oilers football players getting their WOD in.

We had a lot of new athletes come train with us today and several visitors from area affiliates.  Melanie and Susie from P3 ( came by to get their workout in while John is at the Crossfit Games.  Thank you for stopping by. We will be coming to train with you at P3 in the very near future.  Another P3 member, Steven, stopped by yesterday and killed the WOD.  His intensity was off the charts.

Myles and Dustin came by for a workout today. They are the first group of Pearland high school athletes to come train with us and learn about what elite fitness is all about.  I can assure you there will be many more to follow.  Everyone who has discovered Crossfit will tell you that had they known about this when they were in high school it would have easily taken them to the next level.  Watch out for these Oilers and keep an eye on them this season. #10 and #29!!!

Day 3

Once again today was a great day.  We are working everyones soreness out.  A lot of stretching and a long warmup today.  Many of you have been asking about shirts and we are ordering them tonight and they should be in Monday or Tuesday. Here is one of our designs:


2nd day was so much more than we expected

Our second day incredible.  We met so many new people and made a lot of friends.  I cannot say enough about the atmosphere of our gym where EVERYONE wants to not only be in better shape, but truly be a better person.  That is the beauty of Crossfit; it will change every facet of your life, from your relationships, to your eating habits, to your confidence. The fitness and body composition that inevitably results from Crossfit in my mind is just a bonus.

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of 5 push jerks 95/65/45, 10 pushups and 15 squats.
