Familiar Face,,, New Coaching Role

Familiar Face,,, New Coaching Role

IMG_9677Anyone recognize this person?  If you’ve been around Pearland CrossFit for any amount of time over the past two years you do!  You’ve certainly seen her around the gym working out, or leading our awesome Boot Camp classes, or generally lending a helping hand–or maybe you recognize Sarah from her ever-present headband and crazy socks! Most of us know Sarah not only because she is a top notch athlete (which she is as demonstrated by multiple top competition finishes), but because she is one of our most encouraging and supportive people we have in our gym.   Starting at Pearland CrossFit in 2011, Sarah quickly became recognized for this and was tapped to coach our Boot Camp class, a role she has had for nearly a year.

Continuing her pursuit of her passion for CrossFit and for guiding others along their personal fitness journeys, Sarah has recently obtained her CrossFit Level 1 Coaching certification. Pearland CrossFit is happy to welcome our newest addition to our Level 1 coaching team and we’re excited to start getting her in front of our main group athletes.

As a coach, Sarah not only brings several years of CrossFit experience, but a lifetime in athletics.  Instantly reading and understanding each individual athlete’s drive and unique motivation is what makes Sarah an awesome asset to our coaching staff, and we are sure every one of our athletes at PCF will enjoy working under her guidance.
