20 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull
10 KB Box Step-Ups

Word of the Month for May: Consistency

How consistent are you in getting into the box for the WODs?  Are you finding that Monday and Tuesday every week you are in here and ready to work, but by Wednesday and Thursday , life has just gotten in the way?  Remember, you will never see the results you want to see if you can’t consistently stick to a workout schedule.  I’m not even saying there are a minimum number of days per week you need to be in the box, that can be different for everyone.  But if you are a Tuesday/ Thursday twice a week kind of person, you need to be here EVERY Tuesday and Thursday (barring actual personal crisis of course). If you are a Mon, Wed, Fri type, you need to be here EVERY Mon, Wed & Fri! If you’re a 4 day a week,,, well you get the idea.

Point is, the only way we can help you achieve your goals is if you are in here consistently and when you say you are going to be here.  We’re in the business of helping change lives, but you’ve got to be the one putting in the effort and getting the work in!
