Our second day incredible.  We met so many new people and made a lot of friends.  I cannot say enough about the atmosphere of our gym where EVERYONE wants to not only be in better shape, but truly be a better person.  That is the beauty of Crossfit; it will change every facet of your life, from your relationships, to your eating habits, to your confidence. The fitness and body composition that inevitably results from Crossfit in my mind is just a bonus.

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of 5 push jerks 95/65/45, 10 pushups and 15 squats.

Joey             5 rounds and 2 reps (95 lbs)

Fit Test (newcomers): 1st minute do 1 squat, 1 pushup, 1 situp, rest until the 2nd minute, 2nd minute do 2 of each, rest until the 3rd minute, 3rd minute do 3 of each and continue until you cannot finish the number of reps in the prescribed minute.
