Ryan’s WOD: 3 rounds 400 meter run then 10 each of squats, pushups, situps and body rows.  9:33. Getting him ready for NY city marathon. We are going to cut his training time by 50% and improve his run pace dramatically.

Fallon’s WOD: 200 meter run the 21-15-9 Squats, Pushups, Situps, Body Row Deadlift and Push Press. 11:45. Her potential is off the charts.

Alyssa,  Tomika, and Nora did their fit test this morning.  Alyssa 8 rounds, Tomika 9 + 26 reps and Nora was 9 + 25 reps.  Great work girls!
