Answers for fish oil and daily water intake

Many of our athletes have been asking “how much water should I drink each day?” and “how much fish oil should I take?”

ADD THESE TWO COMPONENTS TO YOUR DIET IMMEDIATELY

A good rule of thumb for water is:

Low end of range= Body weight (lbs) x 0.5 = (ounces of fluid/day)
High end of range=Body weight (lbs) x 1 = (ounces of fluid/day)

Fish oil:
