WOD:

Death by pass throughs (1 lass through the first minute, 2 the second and so on until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the minute).  Cool down was 33 burpees for time

Great work today. This was a tough muscle failure day as you could tell with the burpees for time that followed destroying your core and upper body with pass throughs. ¬†Countless Pr’s set today in the 33 burpees for time, which is awesome following this WOD.
