WOD:

Death by pass throughs (1 lass through the first minute, 2 the second and so on until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the minute).  Cool down was 33 burpees for time

Great work today. This was a tough muscle failure day as you could tell with the burpees for time that followed destroying your core and upper body with pass throughs.  Countless Pr’s set today in the 33 burpees for time, which is awesome following this WOD.
