Pearland CrossFit is excited to offer Boot Camp classes three days a week at the PCF box. This Boot Camp is a great way to introduce yourself to CrossFit and CrossFit methodology. The class is perfect for those who are interested in CrossFit but are afraid of the heavy weight lifting that CrossFit prescribes. PCF Boot Camp is still a high-intensity, energetic and fun workout that will get you in shape while showing you the basics of CrossFit. We will do more body weight exercises but introduce you to the kettle bell, wall balls, box jumps and more.

Meeting three times per week will get you in the best shape of your life! Join us Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 6:15pm at Pearland CrossFit to get stronger, faster and just all around healthier!
