Crossfit Endurance

CrossFit Endurance is the sister program to Crossfit.  Crossfit Endurance focuses on running, swimming, biking and rowing.  This program is to be used in conjunction with Crossfit and provide you with the fitness level to compete in a variety of endurance events including anything from a 5k’s to an ultra marathon, triathlons, bike races, and adventure races.  It also provides a unique opportunity for you to have a life outside of training.  Something most endurance programs will not allow because of the sheer volume demand of these programs.

A typical Crossfit Endurance program for one event like a half marathon would look like this: CrossFit 4-6 times per week and run 2-3 times a week.  If you are training for a multi-sport event like a triathlon or adventure race then your training would look like this:

Crossfit 4-6 times a week and then do 1 sport each day twice a week.So for a triathlon in addition to Crossfitting 4-6 times a week you would swim 2 times a week, bike 2 times a week, and run 2 times a week. This should be spaced accordingly throughout the week.

We know this is contrary to what everyone else is telling you. We aren’t everyone!
