CrossFit TRAINING FOR LIFE SO….

Well they say when your doing CrossFit your training for LIFE so with that being said why dont you STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE and sign up for a Triathlon.  Dawn Stuckey and Sarena Williams from the morning group is going to take charge of the group training times, meet places and Tri’s to sign up for.  Shawn McDonald will  also be puting a training schedule in place for the group that would like to step out and take on a NEW Challenge!!! I copied and pasted an email from Dawn below if your interested we will have a sign up sheet in the box with your number and email so Dawn can send out info! 

ALSO WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUASASTIC BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR for Mon, Wed, & Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm if interested PLEASE email me at katblanch@hotmail.com, DONT HAVE TO BE CrossFit CertifiedIt does come with a pretty cool pay check or I should say FREE CROSSFIT!!! 

 

.I think we are planning on swimming on Thursday mornings at 5:30am (sorry it’s early but it is usually everyone’s day off from PCF and it’s slower at the pool) at the Pearland Natatorium (next to PHS). It’s an awesome pool with a ton of lanes.  We can also go on the weekend on Saturday mornings or something….  It’s $8 per person each time ($6 if you go with a friend) or you can get a monthly membership for pool only for $21.00 a month.  To sign up, you have to pay for the first and last month together, so initially, you will pay $42.00.  Then if you want to cancel they will count your last month and then your are done! Biking:  I think Wendy and I were talking about a Sunday afternoon/early evening ride but we can pick day during the week for biking too.  (maybe a short ride during the week and a 20mile plus on weekend) Shawn said he’s going to put a training plan together for us so that will help us with training times too. Wendy, Steph, Taylor M. and I are signed up for the Freedom Y Tri in Pearland on July 1st.  

ALSO A MILLION THANK YOU’s FOR BEING PATIENT when we have to RUN 2 Groups. WE hate to go to scheduling which means you would have to schedule your classes on Sundays and its a first come first serve basis) WE REALLY DONT WANT TO BUT WE MAY HAVE TO START, BUT thanks you for your patience as we try to figure out what the best option is!!!!
