What you do movement wise on your fitness journey is only part of the recipe to becoming a healthier you!  You have to put the right things into your body, and more importantly if your goal is lose weight is to put less calories in than you burn in a day.  One way to keep your self accountable is to use your journal to track what you eat as well as how you are moving!  First, you must keep your journal with you…AND it is best to be accountable to yourself, then RECORD everything you EAT before it goes into your mouth.  That will give you pause…make you think before you actually eat that snickers bar or my favorite dark chocolate milky way. Having to record it before you eat will make you really decide whether you want that food item in your journal 🙂 and inside of you!  Eat well, eat often and keep trying!
