However, if you are going to join after your first free workout you MUST attend a Saturday Elements class at 9 am before you can begin in our regular Crossfit classes. These are held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month.
*Saturday Workouts:
9 am: Team Workout (Everyone welcome. New members encouraged to attend)
New Members Elements Class
10 am: Hero WOD
Every Saturday morning after the free team workout we will be doing a Hero WOD (Workouts that are named after men/women killed in combat operations). These workouts are extremely difficult, thus are reserved for those who have been Crossfitting for some time.

Crossfit Classes (unlimited):
Our pricing in dependent on the length of contract you sign with us.
$200 a month for a month to month membership
$190 a month for a 3 month membership
$180 a month for a 6 month membership
$165 a month for a 9 month membership
$150 a month for a 12 month membership
10% discount for each additional family member and for Military and First Responders (Paramedics, Firefighters, and Law Enforcement)
Boot Camp:
$120 a month for 3 classes a week (Meets at 6:15 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
One on One Sessions:
1 session: $75
4 sessions: $200
8 sessions: $350
12 sessions: $500
One on One Sessions: (Active Military and First Responders):
1 session: $50
4 sessions: $150
8 sessions: $275
12 sessions: $425
Drop in Fee:
