New Members Can Attend Any Class. You can start anytime! Just show up with water and a towel!
*Saturday Workouts
Free Class: 9 am (Everyone welcome. New members encouraged to attend)
Hero WOD: 10:00 am.
Every Saturday morning after the free workout we will be doing a Hero WOD (Workouts that are named after men/women killed in combat operations). These workouts are extremely difficult, thus are reserved for those who have been Crossfitting for some time.

New Members:
$200 for the first month.
Crossfit Classes (unlimited)
$150 a month (10% off for each additional family member)
$125 a month (Military and First Responders (Paramedics, Firefighters, and Law Enforcement)
One on One Sessions:
1 session: $75
4 sessions: $200
8 sessions: $350
12 sessions: $500
One on One Sessions: (Active Military and First Responders)
1 session: $50
4 sessions: $150
8 sessions: $275
