WOD: Fight Gone Bad – 1 minute rounds of 5 different exercises, rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 3 times. So work for 5 minutes, rest one minute, work for 5 minutes, rest for one minute, and work for 5 minutes. Done. ┬áScore is total number of reps. Exercises – Wall Balls 20/14 lbs, Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55 lbs, Box Jumps 20 inch box, Push Press 75/55 lbs, and Burpees (sub’d for row).
