Friend is Leaving Us

William Jewett started training with me when I joined St. Johns as their strength and conditioning coach in the fall of 2009.  It is safe to say he drank the Kool-Aid and has driven from Houston 3-4 days a week to train with us in Pearland.  It is truly inspiring to see 18 year old kids with his drive, passion and commitment.  Jewett your hard work has not gone unnoticed.  Today was his last day with us before he leaves for Dartmouth to attend school so we named a workout after him and we will repeat the workout every time he comes home from school.
