Getting out of your comfort zone

A few of you went heavy yesterday on front squats for the first time and I am sure you are paying the awesome price today.  I even heard one person say they couldn’t do it and had to lower their weight, but we convinced them to stick it out and of course they did. Those moments are the ones that will make you great, will change your mentality and your body. GREAT WORK.
