Getting Started

1. Just Come In. Your first workout is always free. Or you can come in and just watch a workout or two to see what Crossfit is all about. First and foremost, we want you to experience the community and the quality of coaching at Pearland Crossfit before making your decision to join the team.

2. Beginner Session: We require all of our new members to participate in our CrossFit Skills Session. This program lasts 3 classes and consists of 3 workouts.  During these sessions, you will learn the skills necessary to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular group workouts.  Each session will include specific skill training and practice, as well as a CrossFit WOD.  These sessions will always be extremely supportive and informative.  These sessions will be smaller than our group workouts, thus we can provide you with more focused instruction and personal attention.

After your first 3 CrossFit Skill Sessions you will be able to attend any of our regularly scheduled group workouts. Before your first workout with us please come 10 minutes prior to the start of your workout so you can fill out the paperwork, and we can talk before you start.

3. One-on-One Sessions: Some people prefer to learn in a one-on-one environment. We can make that arrangement.  We will cover the same skills as our CrossFit Skills Sessions.

4. Prior Crossfit Experience: For those people that have been doing CrossFit for a while, either at another Affiliate or on their own, we offer a test-out option. You can contact us and we will schedule a time for you to come in and demonstrate your competence. If you demonstrate competence in Crossfit Skills you can join our group workouts immediately.
