We know that even for experienced athletes, your first time in a new gym can be nerve racking. For those new to CrossFit, this first encounter in the gym can be downright scary. At Pearland CrossFit, our goal is to ensure that your first experience with us is as comfortable and informational as possible. Our approach to integrating new athletes into our gym is highly personalized, based on the individuals past experience, current level of fitness, and personal goals. Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience, or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Pearland CrossFit is provided with the instruction on basic technique, terminology, and workout methods.
FIRST WORKOUT IS FREE. Come to any one of our regular scheduled classes during the week. It is not necessary to contact us ahead of time. We always have enough coaches to train you during your first free workout. We also encourage you to come in and just watch a workout or two to see what Crossfit is all about. First and foremost, we want you to experience the community and the quality of coaching at Pearland Crossfit before making your decision to join the team.
