So many things to think about when doing OH Squat, but really if you cant get it always grab a PVC work on it after or before your warm up.  KEY THINGS high active shoulders, tight core, drive your knees out!!!!  OK so yes I know alot more things go into it, but practice your weaknesses and eventually you will get better than you were yesterday!!
