Going OVERHEAD takes PRACTICE and A Tight CORE

Great job today folks.  Dont forget practice, practice, if your having trouble with your Over HEAD squat.  Also DROP THE WEIGHT and go back to the basics. Weight in the back of the heels, chest up, tight core MIDLINE STABLIZATION!!!!!!

Also DONT FORGET TO JOURNAL your Back Squats you WILL NEED YOUR 1RM soon!!!
