We continue to meet so many new people.  We truly appreciate all of your hard work.  On a side note, I hear Katherine was talking some trash to the Pearland football guys.  I would not let her get away with that.

WOD: 3 rounds 400 meter run, 150 feet of overhead lunges with 45/25 lbs, and 15 kettlebell swings 53/35 lbs.

Intro Class/Fit Test: (newcomers): 1st minute do 1 squat, 1 pushup, 1 situp, rest until the 2nd minute, 2nd minute do 2 of each, rest until the 3rd minute, 3rd minute do 3 of each and continue until you cannot finish the number of reps in the prescribed minute.
