Groupon buyers: First and foremost, welcome to Pearland Crossfit.  We are so excited to bring our passion of Crossfit to so many people.

A few helpful tips.

1.  WE WILL SCALE ALL WORKOUTS TO YOUR FITNESS LEVEL. So do not be intimidated and think you cannot do it!  Crossfit is a safe and effective workout for ages ranging from age 10-90;

2.  Wear comfortable workout clothes that you do not mind sweating in;

3.  Bring water and a towel. Maybe even an extra shirt for the drive home;

4.  Leave your ego at the door.  We will bring you along slowly even when you can and want to do more.  Do not overdue it your first few workout as this will get you hurt or so sore you can barely get out of bed.  We want to avoid both at all cost;

5.  Have fun. Have fun Have fun.  Hard workouts can be really really fun, while extremely effective as at the same time;

6. Introduce yourself to everyone.  Our members will make it a point to introduce themselves.  We are a family;

7.  Come with a positive attitude.  We do not complain or whine.  Leave your troubles and stress in the parking lot.  For an hour a day focus on changing your life, because you will;

8.  Crossfit is not just a workout, it is a lifestyle that will change everything about you for the better;

9.  We will do everything in our power to enable you to reach your goals and all we ask is that you give us your best each day for just a few short minutes;
