CrossFit Games starts tomorrow! I was really hoping to post the first WOD for Sectionals, but CrossFit main site just put a message on FB it will be 2 more hours!!!!  MAYBE FROM ALL OF US OVER OBSESSED CrossFitters who kept reloading the page!!! The format is different this year. There is an Open Sectional that lasts six weeks. One workout a week will be posted on the new Games website every Tuesday night. Athletes have until Sunday to submit a video of their workout performance or they can do the workout at a CrossFit Affiliate that “opts-in” to host the workout that week. The top sixty men and women from our sectional move onto the NorCal Regional Qualifier. Im excited, of course the Wods that will post weekly we will be doing at the box and you can see where you stack up against the rest of the “CrossFit” world! Todays WOD Go HEAVYwww.crossfit.com
