In case your not familiar with Curtis P’s it would consist of a power clean with a right lunge  a left lunge then push press….THATS ONE!!!!

COMMITMENT!!! Just do what you can do & thats all you can do!  All of us have some kind of job, whether it be a mother, father, sister, coach, friend, mentor or just an athlete.  Being fit makes everything else easier.  You feel better, you have more energy, you are nicer, you are more patient, and you are more dedicated to every other aspect of your life.  And that in turn makes you a better mother/father, spouse, employee, and friend.  Work on you and everything else falls nicely into place!
