    I am a believer… it is what I have been saying… if you eat right (most of the time), drink in moderation and hit the gym hard (but remember your rest days) you will be a healthier you without these fad gimmicks!
    The past three years I have felt better than ever before. Eating crap makes me feel like crap, laying off of the crap and eating plenty of meat and “real” veggies (none with a high glycemic index) and getting plenty of fiber makes for a good machine :-) . Consistency and WILL POWER! 3,2,1 GO!
