In celebration of one of our first members, we programmed a workout for her birthday. She said she liked leg exercises so leg exercises we gave her.

WOD: 3 rounds of 33 good mornings 10/25 lbs, 33 lateral parallette jumps, 33 overhead lunges 25/10 lbs run 400 meters on 1st and 3rd round and run 400 meters BACKWARDS on 2nd round.
