Will Serrato benefit this weekend at Clearlake Crossfit at 3 pm. We have one team in the competition and would love to have several more.  I have been told the workout will be something everyone can do, so you newbies don’t be intimidated.  It is for charity and will be fun and a great intro. to CF competitions.

Next on-ramp begins April 9, 2011.   It is a mandatory Saturday meeting for approximately 2 hours.  We will be changing up the on-ramp program making it more athlete friendly.
