Mondays WOD


Your body depends on water for survival. Did you know that water makes up more than half of your body weight? Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to function correctly. For example, your body uses water to maintain its temperature, remove waste and lubricate joints. Water is essential for good health.  When it is as HOT as it is, you will lose water very fast, and especially with Exercise.  If you don’t replace the water lose after WODS  you will become dehydrated. If you are tired of water… TRY REHYDRATE from ADVOCARE!! It is great to start your day with or to drink after WODS. If you are interested, please get with one of your trainers for more info!!
