Mondays WOD

This week we will be doing  heavy Crossfit Football inspired workouts.

Many of you have made tremendous gains.  Tiffany not only did her first pullup today, but she did 5 in a row then crushed today’s WOD.  Great work Tiff.

WOD: 21-15-9 Deadlifts 275/185 lbs and Overhead Squats 135/95 lbs
