Kevin 36:21 Rx’d.
Kevin did this WOD about a year ago in just over 56 minutes and used a band for pullups. 1 year later he sets a 20 minute PR with no band. Nutrition, Nutrition and Nutrition coupled with Crossfit is an incredible combination.
