Today was shoulder press as a strength.  I am going to share the link to an article from Crossfit Journal describing and comparing the progression of shoulder press, push press, and push jerk.  These key moves are important lifts for helping to develop upper body strength.

  1. Next goal is to compete in a standard competition. (Hopefully in May)

  2. Okay after today’s workout I decided to break down my goals into smaller ones. For example, in order for me to compete standard, I need to be able to do hand stand push ups and no band pull ups, LETS START THERE! :)
