Loving box jumps

Fight Gone Bad: 1 minute stations of 5 exercises, rest one minute then repeat 2 more times for a total of 15 minutes of work and 2 minutes of rest.  Add total number of reps.  Squat, situps, burpees, box jumps and running with 20 lb ball.
