WOD: Teams of 3 worked for 4 minutes at each of the following stations. Only one person at a time could work.

  1. Burpees
  2. Pushups
  3. Squats
  4. Situps
  5. Wall Balls
  6. Tire Flip
  7. Run 200 meter laps

30 second rest between each exercise.  Count total number of reps

We had two families come train together today (Ehlinger and Nichols).  It is surprising what you can learn about each other when everyone is giving everything they have.  The intensity and raw emotion Crossfit fosters always brings complete strangers together and fosters friendships that will never be broken.  I cannot imagine what it could do for families.
