WOD: Teams of 3 worked together to complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of 10 squats 20 situps and 30 sledgehammer swings.

Hero WOD: “Michael” – 3 rounds 800 meter run, 50 supermans, and 50 situps.

In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael McGreevy, 30, of Portville, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28.
