4 years ago I wouldn’t have known there was a difference between a jerk, snatch and a clean. I probably wouldn’t have even associated any of these terms with olympic lifting….
Today we worked on the snatch, it is the most complex olymipic lift and requires practice, the more practice you do the better muscle memory you will have and soon you will be able to do this move without any thought! When you can do this, the movement truly fits the definition of snatch!
