You are apprehensive for weeks, you are filled with dread.  You wish you hadn’t even sign up for the EVENT (could be anything competitive….a competition, a race, marathon or a debate). You are filled with self-doubt. BUT this is where you have to dig DEEP and remember that VISION and all the goals that you have already accomplished.  You remember that one thing that motivates you more than anything else, focus on that and wait for the count down…. 3, 2, 1 GO!  The adrenaline rush, and the sound of the other competitors pounding out the WOD help you get into your own rhythm. The amazing thing is that before you know it you have completed the WOD… SURPRISE!  You really could DO it!
