Thursday Team WOD

In honor of Kay’s birthday we did a team Murph today!

WOD:
Teams of 2, but only 1 person can work at a time
1 mile run
100 pullps
200 pushups
300 squats
1 mile run

If the teams partitioned the exerises they had to do 5 box jumps each time they switched exercises.

Great work today. We will revisit Murph, solo, in March!
