Thursday’s WOD

As of today Shawn is on his way to Africa to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. This will be an awesome experience for him, but we will miss him in the gym. For the next two weeks things should go on as normal business. Kat, Nicole,Kevin, Susie, and I will be in and around the gym. Also, we have 8 new On-Rampers who have started and are going to be a strong group of athletes. If you see any new faces around the gym please take the time to introduce yourself and make them feel at home.  Crossfit is a tight community and we should treat each other as if we were family.
