Meet Our Dedicated and Certified CrossFit Coaches

Our Founder Katherine “aka” Kat was born and raised in Pearland. She grew up learning the importance of staying active and healthy through swimming. She taught cycling at the local YMCA & La Fitness, but she found Crossfit after a torn ACL, MCL, and PCL, after an accident. Driven by her passion for fitness and also the desire to change people’s lives like CrossFit did for her, she decided to open PCF!
